Rage Baby Salon is an honest conversation about what it means to wake the fuck up inside your own life. Not the curated life. Not the healed-girl performance. The real one. Once a week, I’ll send you into it with a single question — usually the one you’ve been avoiding.

Rage Baby Salon is for real life — the one with old patterns, family baggage, marriage, motherhood, power, money, beauty, grief, desire, faith, rage, repair, and the inherited bullshit we were handed and told to call normal.
This is not a wellness page for people pretending they have transcended their nervous system.
It is for the part of us that knows better and still fucks up.
The part that wants to love well but learned survival first.
The part that can build a beautiful life and still find a terrified little rage baby running the emotional switchboard.
I created it because I know what it is to be full of fire and still want to become free — to act from pain, face the consequences, and realize that awareness means nothing unless it changes how you live. This is where beauty and discomfort sit at the same table.
Advice can make you dependent. Rules can make you rebel. But a good question does something different: it hands you back the wheel.
So here, we ask the harder ones:
Who am I when I stop performing?
What patterns am I repeating?
What rules did I inherit that I never actually chose?
What would my highest self do next?
A good question doesn’t ask you to perform. It just asks you to show up.
Take it on a walk. Bring it to your journal. Save it for a quiet minute in the kitchen. The practice is simple: notice what it stirs up, and let that shape how you move through your week.

I won’t promise you outcomes. But here’s what I’ve seen start to shift in myself, quietly, the longer I’ve stuck with it.
The weight you’re carrying starts to show you something instead of just crushing you.
The heat stops running the show and starts telling you something.
What hurt becomes what you can finally see — and name.
You stop auditioning for the people you’re trying to love.
This isn’t about becoming perfect, peaceful, or polished. It’s about becoming the artist of your own life — with boundaries, accountability, imagination, grace, and the humility to admit when your choices were wrong.
Rage Baby Salon is for people who want more intention, less autopilot.
It’s for you if you’re doing your best but quietly sense there’s another way to move through your life. If you’re strong, but tired of having to be hard to succeed. If you’ve been through something and want to make it mean something. If you feel the pull toward a more honest life…even if you can’t name it yet.
You don’t need a philosophy degree, or to have any of it figured out. You just need to be curious enough to notice.
This isn’t a motivational newsletter. It isn’t productivity content. It isn’t a self-improvement program. It isn’t a place for hot takes or noise.
It’s beauty with a backbone. Grace with a swear jar. Truth without cruelty.
I’m not inviting you here because I’ve mastered any of this. I’m inviting you because I’m in it too — still learning, still repairing, still choosing, still fucking up, still reaching for the most honest version of myself without pretending I’ve already arrived.
One question, once a week. That’s enough for now.
Come as you are. Just don’t come pretending.
