“Every website needs one of these. I’d rather write mine like a person than a terms-of-service robot, so here’s the plain-English version, with the important parts kept fully intact.” JAG
The Rage Baby Method draws on ideas from psychology and philosophy, but it hasn’t been studied as a clinical intervention, and it isn’t one. This site is here for general information, education, and reflection: nothing more official than that. It’s a space for ideas, perspective, and honest conversation. I share original thinking and evolving work about resilience, philosophy, leadership, community, motherhood, and the messy business of making meaning inside a complicated life.
Nothing here is medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and none of it is a stand-in for the real thing. I write from experience, not from behind a credential. If you need actual guidance in any of those areas, please talk to someone licensed and qualified for your situation.
Everything here reflects my own experiences, interpretations, and body of work…shaped by study, observation, conversation, motherhood, entrepreneurship, community leadership, and more than one full reinvention. Take what’s useful. Leave what isn’t. It’s offered as something to think about, never as one-size-fits-all instruction or universal truth.
Some of what I write touches on emotional well-being, growth, suffering, healing, and self-understanding. It’s meant for reflection, not treatment; it isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for care. If you’re in distress or facing a mental-health concern, please reach out to a qualified provider or an emergency resource in your area. That matters more than anything I could ever write here.
I share these ideas hoping they land as useful, clarifying, or steadying, but I can’t promise any particular outcome. Whatever you choose to do with what you read here is your call, and your responsibility.
Now and then I’ll link to other people’s sites or resources because they’re worth your time. I can’t vouch for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices, and a link isn’t a blanket endorsement.
Unless I’ve noted otherwise, everything on this site—the writing, the language, the branding, the graphics, the images, all of it—is mine. Please don’t copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or repurpose it without written permission. You’re welcome to share short excerpts with clear credit and attribution. (I’m a writer: the words are kind of the whole thing.)
Your use of this site is voluntary and at your own risk. Everything is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. I work to keep what’s here thoughtful and accurate, but I can’t guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or reliability.
My ideas evolve (that’s sort of the whole point of my work). I may update, revise, or remove anything here at any time, without notice.
